There might be times when WHS and Training Compliance Solutions Pty Ltd needs to cancel, postpone, or reschedule courses due to low enrolments or exceptional circumstances. In the event that this occurs, participants will have the option to transfer fees to an alternative date or receive a refund if there is no alternative date.

The following fees will be applied when transferring enrolments between course dates:
Group onsite training for corporations
A participant’s preferences following a course cancellation, postponement or rescheduling initiated by the organisers or the participant must be sent in writing to the training team at info@whsandtrainingcompliance.com.au.
The WHS and Training Compliance Solutions Pty Ltd is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred to the participants during a training program, including accommodation, lost wages, and travel expenses. It is recommended that participants who are concerned about this look into travel insurance providers who may be able to assist them in such an event.
What is Mental Health First Aid?
Mental health first aid is, the help provided to a person who is developing a mental health problem, or who is in a mental health crisis. Mental health first aid is given until the person receives professional help or until the crisis resolves.
Do you conduct onsite training?
Yes, we can deliver onsite training at your premises. To deliver at your premises, the group size needs to be a minimum of 6 (six) participants.
