E-learning (self-learning)
Is expected to provide learners flexibility to complete this training program. Participants can go through lessons quick or slow. They will have the option to backtrack, refresh, and review previous topics whenever required. Course resources will be found in our online portal and participants will be given access to when they enroll.
Instructor Led Training (online video conference)
The training will be provided in 3 different 2-hour sessions, giving sufficient time for learners to digest the topics. During the Online WHS for Managers and Supervisors training, we will discuss WHS framework, the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder, how to properly engage with workers, contract management, risk management and rehabilitation to return to work.
