Whole Brain® Thinking Preferences model, helps in improving a person’s strategic decision making skills. Broadens their perspective, so that they can carefully account for extenuating factors in the success of a project. They can also transpire with a more well-adjusted and considered judgment for the challenges that may come along. It is a hands-on and simpler program. It helps people adjust their thinking preferences. Enhances their capacity to maximise business outcomes. In order to identify individual’s thinking preferences, we utilise a Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument®.

Face-to-face or online training for 4 (four) hours.

When making decisions, we usually utilise our default preferred thinking style.

To improve this, Whole Brain® Thinking encourages us to understand a problem or an opportunity through the HBDI® quadrants. This leads to a more in-depth assessment of the situation and a better-balanced result. And, as we have seen, the results can go straight to the bottom line.
