Online Workplace Bullying and Harassment Prevention Training for Managers and Supervisors

The course is provided in two different E-learning format: Online training – self-study so attendees have the freedom to learn the material in their own time and pace. The training is for managers and supervisors whose schedule is jam-packed and free time is scarce. Or is provided in interactive online training platform (zoom) where learners can connect throughout Australia to join.
Each E-learning session will cover topics like interpretation and application of State/Territory Federal laws, leaders’ roles and responsibilities, risk management, safety management system, and injury prevention and would run for up to 4 hours.
This online training course provides the tools necessary to recognise bullying and harassment within the workplace; whilst highlighting employee and employer rights and responsibilities under Australian law. Additionally, touching on managing and responding to the bullying and harassment within the workplace.

This course is provided in multiple online training platforms. Online training programs are: (Interactive Zoom Training) or Self-paced (through our learning management system)
This course is a nonaccredited course, upon completion of this course, participants will be issued with a Certificate of Completion.
