Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Course Materials
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of course materials (“Materials”) by Selling WHS and Training Compliance Solutions Pty Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing our Materials, you (“the Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1 All orders for Materials are subject to acceptance by the Company.
2.2 Payment must be made in full prior to delivery of the Materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Prices are as quoted and are subject to change without notice. The Company is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery times are estimates only and the Company will not be liable for any delays.

5.2 The Customer is granted a non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Materials for personal or internal training purposes only.
5.3 The Customer must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell the Materials without prior written consent.
6. Use of Materials

6.2 The Company makes no guarantees about the suitability of the Materials for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the Materials.
7.2 The Company’s total liability in respect of any claim related to the Materials shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer to the Company for the Materials.
8. Privacy
8.1 The Company collects and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
8.2 By purchasing Materials, the Customer consents to the collection and use of their personal data.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on our website.
11. Customised Training Materials
11.1 For customised training materials, delivery will be made within 15 days after the purchaser provides all relevant policies, procedures, and documentation necessary for adaptation.
11.2 The purchaser acknowledges that timely provision of such information is essential and delays in providing these may postpone delivery.
